(Savannah, GA) Bowen Painter Trial Lawyers, LLC. recently announced that Gini Lynn Jenkins joined the firm in an of counsel position. Jenkins handles various types of personal injury cases including car accidents and premises liability.
Jenkins began her law career in Tampa, Florida, at a large firm defending insurance companies. In 2007, she relocated to Savannah and began exclusively representing individuals injured or harmed by the negligence of others. “When you get a good result for an insurance company, you don’t have the same effect on an individual’s life that you do on the other side of personal injury,” said Jenkins, attorney, Bowen Painter Trial Lawyers. “I felt like I could have more of an impact representing individuals versus a big company.”
During her career, Jenkins has successfully tried cases involving automobile negligence and premises liability. In addition to these cases, over the past decade, she has represented countless clients in various types of negligence cases including motorcycle and tractor-trailer collisions as well as claims involving vicious animals.
“Gini Lynn brings a wealth of experience to Bowen Painter Trial Lawyers and she has a passion to help clients get the outcome they deserve,” said Paul Painter, attorney, Bowen Painter Trial Lawyers. “We have a record of successful litigation and negotiation in numerous multi-million-dollar cases and our lawyers are recognized as some of the best in their fields. We are pleased Gini Lynn has joined our team and know she will do all she can to fight for our clients.”
Jenkins is a member of both the Georgia and Florida Bars and is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Georgia and Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.
Jenkins currently serves as vice president of the Savannah Trial Lawyers Association and previously served two terms as secretary and one as treasurer of the organization. She is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
A north Florida native, Jenkins attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, for both undergraduate studies and law school.
