A north Florida native, Gini Lynn attended the University of Florida for both her undergraduate studies and law school.
Upon obtaining her law degree in 2004, she moved to Tampa, FL where she began her career with a large firm defending insurance companies. In 2007, Gini Lynn relocated to Savannah and began exclusively represented individuals injured or harmed by the negligence of others. During her career as an injury attorney, she has successfully tried cases involving automobile negligence and premises liability. In addition to these cases, over the past decade, Gini Lynn has successfully represented countless clients in various other types of negligence actions including motorcycle and tractor-trailer collisions as well as claims involving vicious animals.
Gini Lynn is a member of both the Georgia and Florida Bars and is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Georgia and Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.
Gini Lynn currently serves as the Vice-President of the Savannah Trial Lawyers Association and previously served two terms as Secretary and one as Treasurer of this organization. She is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
In addition to her professional involvement, Gini Lynn is an active member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and serves as co-chair of the New Families Committee at Blessed Sacrament School where she enjoys volunteering in various capacities. Gini Lynn is married to Greg Jenkins, a Savannah native, and the two have a young daughter.
