Andrew L. Gorman
Andrew L. Gorman has exclusively represented individuals and small businesses in civil litigation since moving to Savannah in 2008. Prior to opening his own firm, Drew worked with one of the nation’s premier civil litigators where he handled wrongful death, serious personal injury, and small business litigation cases. Drew is a founding partner of Bowen Painter Manly & Gorman LLC, where he continues to seek justice for individuals who have been seriously injured and small businesses in need of experienced trial counsel.
Drew was born in Tallahassee, Florida. He attended St. Paul’s School in Concord, New Hampshire, then returned to Tallahassee to pursue his undergraduate education at Florida State University. Drew received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.
In his career, Drew has represented the families of numerous individuals who lost loved ones as a result of someone else’s negligence, and has successfully held those responsible accountable. Drew believes strongly that being able to hold negligent persons responsible for their actions is a fundamentally American value that contributes to making our communities better, safer places to live and work.
Drew additionally has a thriving business litigation practice. Small businesses and entrepreneurs often find that because they lack the resources to employ permanent legal counsel, they are at a serious disadvantage with large, established corporate interests. Often, these large corporate interests run roughshod over the rights of small businesses because experience tells them that no one will stand up for the little guy. Drew’s small business litigation practice represents small businesses and individuals who have significant breach of contract, fraud, or fair business practices claims and who need an experienced litigator in order to pursue these claims. By fighting to see that businesses of any size are on a level playing field, Drew helps to ensure that the business environment in the state of Georgia favors those who are willing to work hard and play by the rules.
Drew is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and is a district representative of the YLD of the Georgia Bar Association.
